webSignatureOffice 5.0 has every existing feature available likewise the previous version like signing documents online in your web browser either with a signature pad or a mobile device and using the mobile Apps for Android and iOS with the highest possible security standards.
webSignatureOffice 5.0 is the most advanced cloud – based signature solution with a new attractive & comfortable user interface. New features like optional sidebars with page preview or a table of content optimize browsing documents before signing. It also features a new option to transfer documents to partners. Generating a document link, protect with OTM and forward with the user’s eMail Client is now possible for the most convenient user experience and easy handling. Furthermore, optimized performance & new features for business customers and integration partners are available for both – certificate-based e-signatures and signing based on biometric data with either a signature pad or mobile devices.
webSignatureOffice is compatible with the latest technology in terms of hardware & software, it is constantly being evolved. A dedicated webSignatureOffice server hosting as SAAS or hosting on-premises is available for enterprise customers. This solution enables seamless integration into existing customized web applications.

The establishment of StepOver GmbH in Stuttgart in 2001 laid the foundation for the StepOver family. To begin with, StepOver focused exclusively on the development, manufacture, and sale of signature pads for the handwritten electronic signature. However, as far back as 2003 work began on programming the first signature software "eSignatureOffice" in order to be able to offer customers a comprehensive signature solution. By establishing our sales offices in Spain (2006) and Italy (2009), we took into account the growing demand for e-signature products in these countries. In 2010, StepOver also expanded its sales efforts beyond European borders. With the foundation of the independent StepOver International GmbH, based in Stuttgart (Germany) in 2011, we created a central point of reference for all sales activities outside the European Union.
