Leadership Advancement Program
The servers of the smartphone app Leada did briefly reach their limits on Monday morning. The cause: A huge demand for the Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP).
“We did expect some demand, but definitely not that much!”, says Frank Kuebler, founder and CEO of Leada. “Obviously, we are very happy about the interest that people have in the program – but we could have done without the early-morning scare.”
For a short time, Leada servers were overloaded as thousands of requests were transmitted simultaneously. Leada developers increased bandwith instantly. Within a couple of hours, the app was working smoothly again. “This was a true baptism of fire”, says Frank Kuebler.
The Leadership Advancement Program (LeAP) is a 12-weeks intensive course conveying the principles of modern leadership. The program is free for individual users and focusses on leadership through digital transformation. It is aimed at leaders who want to qualify themselves on the job.
Registration is still open – anybody interested in the Leadership Advancement Program might still join. “We’re definitely ready now to accept more users”, says Frank Kuebler laughing.
